Forget Your Acai Berry!
We all
have incredibly busy schedules these days. Often times, all we have
time to do for breakfast is grab a muffin or bagel, and lunch is
eaten at the desk while we do work. Lunch is sometimes a home-cooked
meal, but again, many times its fast food picked up on the way home.
The problem with all of this is that many acai berry supplements and
products need to be taken with meals during the day. But how can we
remember them when we're so busy?
The
morning acai berry pill or drink is fairly easy to remember: put the
bottle near your daily multivitamin and take them both at once.
There's no food here, of course, so you do need remember to eat
something shortly thereafter. When it comes to lunch, you need to
remember to take your acai berry pills with you to lunch. You might
want to count out a number of the pills (or powder) and put it in a
separate container to take to work. You might also want to set a
reminder on your phone or your computer. Nearly every cell phone has
an alarm or reminder feature that can help you get in the habit of
taking your acai berry product.
